Republic Act No. 9995

    This act is an Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism act of 2009 defining and penalizing the crime of photo and video voyeurism prescribing the penalties for taking photo or video coverage of a person performing sexual act or to capture an image of the private area of a person without the consent of the person involved, to copy or reproduce such photo or video recording of sexual act, to sell or distribute such photo or video or recording of sexual act, and to publish or broadcast whether in print or broadcast media, or show or exhibit the photo or video coverage or recordings of such sexual act through VCD/DVD, internet, cellular phones and other similar means or device. If anyone caught violating this act shall be imprisoned and take the penalties of paying fines.
